Requirements

It is our policy to provide refills for prescribed medications only during scheduled follow up appointments. Please help us keep track of when your refills are needed to ensure you have enough medications to last until your next scheduled appointment. If you miss your scheduled follow-up appointment, your medications may not get refilled. If you end up needing a refill for a medication prior to your next session, please do not have your pharmacy send us a refill request. It is faster if you notify us directly so we can send it in electronically. Please also ensure you have a follow up appointment scheduled. If you do not have one scheduled, we are less likely to refill your medication. Sometimes, we'll need to know when your next scheduled appointment is so we can calculate a bridge order and provide you enough meds to make it to your next appointment. We are legally required to have had a session with you within the past 4 months to refill non-controlled medication. We recommend getting all your medications from all prescribers filled at the same pharmacy. This provides extra safety in checking for drug-drug interactions.
